In this course, you will :
- Aspirants will learn about Anger Management in a very practical manner. The course is divided into three major processes. The Before, During, and After. By Pre, we mean what one should do on a regular basis to work on anger management. During, we mean if you have an encounter with someone and the conversation becomes heated, causing your anger to boil. And by post, we mean what one should do after a nasty argument, i.e. if you get into a nasty argument, lose control, and explode with rage.
