Description
Learners will become acquainted with the principles and theories underlying global health problems, as well as the major challenges and controversies in improving global population health, as well as practical applications of quantitative methods to analyse and interpret issues and challenges for policy. Health and foreign policy, health governance, acute disease surveillance, noncommunicable diseases, disease burden, universal health coverage, health system strengthening, health financing, and human resources for health and ageing will be covered.
