Description
In this course, you will learn:
- To begin, learn how to gather information and inspiration, focusing on posing references from fashion editorials and makeup and beauty references from cosmetics and beauty photos.
- This will assist you in deciding on the aesthetics of your illustration.
- Then, using a specific stance as a guide, learn some fundamentals about figures in motion and how to draw the face.
- Draw the final figure and then begin painting after you're satisfied.
- Connie walks over some of her favorite painting techniques and approaches, including painting from light to dark, adding details, utilizing colored pencils, shadow grading, and more.
- Paint the figure and face next. To apply the collage approach, draw your figure while outlining the outfit.
- For your collage, use a variety of papers and materials, and then add the clothing after reviewing your style reference.
- Finish your collage by cutting out the figure and making any necessary adjustments.
- Place your finished collage in various locations and photograph it to achieve the desired look, feel, and narrative.
