- You don't have to be a boxer to train like one or to get in the best shape of your life. In this video boxing course I show you the same techniques that I've shown champion boxers during my 30 year involvement in the sport of professional boxing.
- You can get in championship condition, learn self defense or even become a boxer with the things you learn inside this course. As a kid I loved the sport of boxing and since there was no boxing training videos in those days I often looked in the encyclopedia trying to learn how to box. Later on I found a boxing gym where I began to learn how to box. We've have video taped everything for you inside this course. In the videos we show you exactly what you need to do. Just like you were in the gym with us. All you need to do is to view the course material and practice what you learn in the lessons.
