Description
In this course, you will :
- Begin the course by becoming acquainted with photographer Josh Edgoose. He discusses the creative journey that led him to a full-time freelance photography career, as well as the artists and influences who inspire his work.
- Learn what makes a good phone photograph, then how to be more aware of your surroundings to capture more interesting photos.
- Investigate compositional techniques for aesthetic photography before delving into colour theory and how to apply it to capture images that complement one another.
- Make a shot list and plan it out. Then, learn the techniques required to shoot a professional street scene while keeping people and geometry in mind. Concentrate on the finer details to get a more detailed shot before experimenting with reflections to get depth and contrast.
- Learn how to find subframes, experiment with perspective, and tweak your smartphone settings to change the outcome of your shoot.
- Examine your images and select your favourites. Then, using Lightroom for mobile, edit them by adjusting exposure and white balance.
- To conclude the course, Josh offers advice on how to share your work on social media, enter competitions, and build an online audience.
