In this course, you will :
- Learn about the value of outdoor education and the numerous skills it prepares our pupils for the real world.
 - Understand how familiar outdoor places can provide rich learning contexts in which teachers can incorporate information and make what children learn in school more meaningful and relevant.
 - Use outdoor education to foster a connection with the environment and create a platform for introducing sustainability concepts.
 - Become more comfortable and competent in incorporating outdoor education into other programs and activities to foster cross-curricular linkages.
 - Create inquiry-based learning activities based on Outdoor Ed and your specific locale.
 - Gain the knowledge and confidence to incorporate First People's Principles into your science and outdoor instruction.
 - Find relevant materials to add into your lesson.
