Share Description
In this course, you will :
- introduce students to the use of specialised data techniques to address essential sports administration duties in team and roster management.
- Learn how the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and standard player contract (SPC) create the basis for management choices that rely heavily on data analysis.
- Students will analyse data analysis results within the framework of a sports calendar; identify CBA and SPC requirements; and obtain a knowledge of how the provisions effect team and roster management decisions.
- Discuss the relationship between legislation, data analysis, and athlete representation by focusing on the athlete's career path trajectory.
