Description
In this course, you will :
- Learn artisanal techniques for making concrete, designing moulds, and creating one-of-a-kind pieces.
- Learn how to make your own pieces, from concrete fabrication to the smallest details.
- Investigate the fundamental techniques and applications of this material in the creation of various objects and furniture.
- Begin preparing your workspace in the second unit by separating safety materials and tools. Create a small piece as an exercise to learn the fundamental processes of concrete: making a mould, basic mixing and pouring, demolding, and detailing.
- Create a side table to expand your knowledge. Begin by sketching and defining your piece's dimensions. Then, prepare the mixture, pour it, and unmold it, along with suggestions for protecting and maintaining your piece.
