Description
In this course, you will learn:
- Learn how to approach animal anatomy, how to locate references, and how to conduct a study on the animal you want to depict.
 - Draw your animal in various standing postures with watercolours and experiment with different ideas to begin giving it personality.
 - Learn about the history of anthropomorphic animals and their significance in our visual culture and stories.
 - Learn how to recognise animal features in individuals around you and use a character design brief to develop a character briefly.
 - Give your character some colour in Photoshop to bring it to life.
 - Begin by defining your colour pallet, then add colours, shadows, light, patterns, and textures.
 - Fine-tune the contrast and colour of your finished illustration.
 - Finally learn how to construct a background and then explore the plot and possible uses for your anthropomorphic character.
