In this course, you will :
- Learn essential Tai Chi fundamentals which apply to seated or standing Tai Chi
- Engage seated/chair Tai Chi format as a starting point to develop Tai Chi skills
- Move through and learn simple Tai Chi form set (based on Yang Style Tai Chi)
- Understand important tenants of Tai Chi such as posture, rooting from the feet, moving from the Dan Tian
- Improve core and postural strength
- Develop Qi flow throughout the body
- Engage in "moving meditation"
