- You will examine compensation data and develop compa-ratios to assess employee pay equity.
- The idea of Information Value (IV) will be used to determine the most relevant variables impacting turnover.
- Create a logistic regression model to predict turnover while accounting for variable multicollinearity.
- Calculate the accuracy of your model and assign employees to certain risk categories. You will then develop an intervention strategy and calculate the ROI for it.
