Description
In this course, you will learn:
- Before you start developing your character, understand how to prepare and investigate.
- To make your illustration process easier, create a brief and learn what makes a good brief.
- Then, to begin envisioning your character, make a mood board with all of the materials you'll need.
- Work on the fundamental shapes, paying attention to how your character's personality effects the forms and lines you use, and then refine the framework.
- Work on your character's expression lines, body language, and facial expressions to bring them to life.
- Consider how you may best depict your character by using colour, light, and shadows.
- Create the key positions and turnaround for your character, which will be used in 3D modelling.
