Description
In this course, you will learn:
- Develop theories of authentic assessment as they pertain to second language learners.
- Create formative and summative assessment types that address language and content objectives.
- Use project and task-based assignments as assessment strategies for ELLs.
- Create rubrics that are aligned with your ELL's language and content objectives.
- Use rubrics, both language and topic, to assess the work of your ELL(s).
- Support your ELL(s) when they take standardized tests.
