In this course, you will :
- In order to develop strength and muscle mass, you must first understand the fundamentals of strength training. will concentrate on the "Big 6" movements required to engage the entire body's musculature.
- Learn a circuit of exercises that combine strength and cardiovascular training.
- Learn how to keep your heart rate up — and thus improve your heart, lung, and brain capacity — by performing exercises that don't overwork your joints or put additional strain on your muscles.
- 'Tabata' style training, a high-intensity 4-minute workout developed in Japan in the 1990s to improve the performance and endurance of their national athletes, is available.
- Discover the type of movement required to hasten your recovery.
- Take you to the next stage of what you learned on Day 1 — but today will be all about progression. Building strength and muscle mass requires not only lifting heavy objects, but also performing the right exercises in the right order.
