Description
In this course, you will :
- Before gathering references to create a mood board, become acquainted with the software for your final project. Begin sketching your character in Photoshop, then add colour and details with Segun's help.
- Begin sculpting your character in ZBrush, beginning with a 3D blockout. Learn how to refine proportions and positions, as well as how to block out accessories. Segun then demonstrates how to colourize and refine your character's pose before exporting your file.
- Import your character into Maya and work on the shaders for each of your character's elements. Set up the lighting for your renders and learn how to use HDRIs. Finish the course by refining your character's presentation in Photoshop and adding the finishing touches.
