Description
The "Retail and Service Experience Design for CCIs" study how brand values, product/service sensory qualities, and communicative, emotional, and relational attributes are translated into various languages and interaction spaces, both physical and virtual, tangible and intangible. The purpose of this MOOC is to investigate and demonstrate how cultural and symbolic processes are translated in the diffuse and multidimensional relationships that underpin digital networks. In the case of the fashion and creative industries, products and services acquire symbolic meaning in the retail space, which can be lived online and offline via a multichannel experience.
