People knowledge and soft skills are increasingly being acknowledged as vital for success - often known as "Success Skills" or "Power Skills." These skills and behaviors include: creating and delivering presentations; using the agile approach for working professionally to deliver quality work and experiences to clients; effectively collaborating with teams; effective and impactful communications; dealing with challenges in a controlled and focused manner; and problem solving and solution implementation.
This course covers the final assessment for the soft skills covered in IBM's People and Soft Skills specialized courses. Before taking this course, please ensure that you have finished all of the previous five courses in the specialization that cover the competencies listed above.
This course includes a quiz in which you will be faced with various real-life scenarios. You will put your knowledge to the test by answering questions about these scenarios using the soft skills you learnt in previous modules in the specialization.
