Description
In this course, you will learn:
- Begin by reviewing several fundamental design concepts, along with some examples of each.
- Learn more about what modular type is by looking at how it all starts with simple geometric shapes.
- Experiment with different dimensions until you find one that works best for you, and then see how you can create abstraction using the reference photos from your research, reducing the pieces to their core.
- Once you've got your pieces together, start fusing them with your type, striking a balance between whimsy and readability.
- Apply some advanced Photoshop techniques to add volume and details to your piece before applying it to various mock-ups to promote your work online and exhibit it to clients.
