Digital business models are upending 50-year-old corporations in telecommunications, transportation, advertising, e-commerce, automotive, insurance, and a variety of other industries. This course will look at the business models of western software disruptors like Apple, Google, Facebook, and Amazon, as well as eastern disruptors like Xiaomi and WeChat. The course employs a structured framework for analysing business models, complete with numerous examples that students can apply to their own business or case study.
