Description
In this project-based course*, you will apply the Business Model Canvas innovation tool to a personal or corporate challenge or opportunity. Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure are the nine key elements of a business model that you will learn to identify and communicate.
Your finished project will be a polished Business Model Canvas that outlines the business case for a new product or service to address the challenge or opportunity you've chosen. You will present your case in the form of a one-page document as well as a 10-minute video presentation.
