In this course, you will :
- introduces the productivity equation, which serves as the course's underlying theme.
- We'll look at the key components, including the extra 'ingredient' that I believe is frequently overlooked in productivity discussions, and I'll introduce the analogy of the Pilot, the Plane, and the Engineer.
- Following the introduction to the productivity equation, the first section will look at three of the most common myths that surround productivity discussions.
- Investigate issues such as 'not having enough time,' a lack of motivation, and the prevalent belief in multitasking.
- The second section examines a trio of key laws related to productivity. We'll start with time management and Parkinson's law, then look at the importance of understanding the Pareto Principle, and finally look at how one of physics' fundamental laws can be usefully applied in the realm of productivity.
- The third section delves into the realm of powers, specifically how we can use the power of habits and how we can powerfully leverage our time spent procrastinating or relaxing in order to improve our overall productivity.
- The final video delves into a component of the productivity equation that I believe is frequently overlooked when discussing productivity: the fun factor.
- Investigate how enjoyment is fundamental to our productivity and how a shift in mindset towards enjoyment can immediately improve our productivity.
