Description
This course will teach you about the various aspects of emotional intelligence at work. You will, for example, learn how to work effectively in teams, develop cooperative relationships with key stakeholders, wield effective influence, handle difficult conversations, and generate energy and enthusiasm to foster meaningful change. Our modules will begin with powerful stories that are representative of the typical challenges that front-line leaders face. We'll analyse the case illustration using ideas from emotional intelligence theory, and highlight the key lessons you should take away in terms of mindsets and skills to distinguish yourself as a leader.
