In this course, you will learn:

- Learn why UX research is so important and what may go wrong if you don't perform it correctly.

- Learn how to quantify UX and deliver your findings to a client in a creative way, as well as how to demonstrate the value of UX design within a firm.
- Create your own case study from the ground up, documenting the whole UX design process and exhibiting your work for your portfolio, and then complete the course with Ethan's interviewing recommendations for UX roles.
