In this course, you will :

Choose the phrase to animate and experiment with different typefaces before settling on your favourite. Then, conduct some colour research to determine the best colour palette for your animated typography concept.
- Start the design process by sketching on paper and importing it into Illustrator.
- Learn how to make a base layer with your phrase and get Mat's advice on how to edit your design to make it look new.
- Learn how to use your colour palette in your design and experiment with different colour combinations. Get a walkthrough of how to animate your phrase by importing your design into After Effects.
- Learn how to export your animation in various formats based on where you intend to share it. Mat shows you how to use Photoshop to convert your animation into a GIF. Finish the course by hearing Mat's advice on how to share your work on social media.
