This course is all about learning the classical Bharatnatyam dance from scratch and getting a grip on its basic gestures and Hastas. This course talks about how Bharatanatyam has evolved over the years and explains to you the significance of its attire. It starts by briefing the three main concepts, Thatta Adavu, Theermana Adavu and Kuditta Mettu Adavu and later teaches how to perform Namaskara. This course aims to brief you about the important musical instruments and vocals.
