Description
In this course, you will :
- Start your first week of the Mindvalley Yoga Quest by making space for your body and mind to be energised. The main goal here is not to strive for perfection, but to let go of all judgement and follow your body's lead. The tensions and frictions you release in the first week will help you begin to expand your boundaries and get the most out of the next few weeks.
- In the second week, you'll work on strengthening your foundation and core so you can have more confidence and stability on and off the mat. The advantages are life-changing, including increased resistance to injury and back pain, tougher inner organs, a healthier central nervous system, and improved posture.
- Your final week will take your yoga journey to exciting new heights. You'll use the energy and strength you've gained thus far to fly past the limitations and frustrations that once held you back - and create a new reality defined by unbreakable courage and authenticity. This week will be more difficult, but the rewards will be life-changing.
