In this course, you will :
- Learn about project management. Consider who you'll be working with as a project manager, as well as your responsibilities.
- Discover the significance of communication and listen to Sophie's advice on how to communicate effectively with clients. Learn the essential elements of a good brief, such as deadlines and deliverables.
